How to use OTC card at CVS online? ›

Your User ID is your email address. To reset your password please submit the following information. Passwords must be between 8 and 64 characters, must include 1 number and 1 letter and can't be your username or easily guessed words, like 'password'.

Forgotten passwords

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using your email address and security question. If you've forgotten the email address you used to set up the account, please call Customer Care Account Services at 1-888-287-5644.

Creating a CVS.com® account

Go to the Create an Account page, enter and confirm your email address (which becomes your User ID) and choose a password. You'll also be asked for information necessary to set up and protect your account. As you set up your account, you can choose to: Receive offer-filled CVS.com® emails.

Sign in to your CVS.com® account and go to the ExtraCare® box on the My Account Profile page. Click the Link Your ExtraCare® Card to Your Account link and follow the directions. Your ExtraCare® card must be active and have been scanned at least once in store before you can attach it to your account.

You can create a Walmart.com account and add your OTC Network card to your wallet or enter your OTC Network card as a payment method during check-out.

Remember, the benefit doesn't roll over and unused funds expire at the end of each quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31). Your new quarterly benefit will automatically be reloaded on the first day of the new quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1).
