This has been the BEST shed overall for the price in southeast LA! The shed is still standing today after Hurricane Ida. My only complaint is it started to rust after 5 years. Sanded, paint & primed the entire shed in 2021 incl. the roof. I bought a primer for outdoor mold and mildew resistant primer, this stuff worked wonders! 1st, I lightly sanded, then appl 2x primer, appl 2x Stain-bk pt & pmr Ext satin enam. ROOF, Henry Alum Roof Coat. Worked FANTASTIC! Constantly stir & apply 2 coats.

Excellent Shed

It is an excellent shed for the price it sold for. When I started assembling it , it seemed like a difficult duties. But when reread the instructions in the book and watched the video on YouTube, I found it very easy. I highly recommend this shed. The only thing, don't build it when it is windy.

8x10 Shed-nice but bad instrctions

I bought this shed a few weeks ago. Now that the product has been assembled, it’s nice enough but the instructions are horrible. Thank goodness for uTube videos. I recommend at least 3 people for assembly. We did it with 2 and it took a total of 18 hours to assemble. Really need to improve the installation manual/instructions (hence only 3 star rating).

Roof beams collapsed the very first winter. Not made for snow and ice.

No problem

The people that said that their shed got blown down in the wind or that it leaked obviously didn’t read the instructions carefully. Mine went together fairy easily and is solid and doesn’t leak a drop. I built mine on a strong wood foundation. The only slight issue was that the screws with nuts are short and hard to start in tight spots. Other than that, no issues whatsoever. Good shed and recommended.

horrible! do not buy

this shed was nothing but a hassel. it was rusting as soon as I opened it. none of the panels match up with the holes they are supposed to be secured to. my back wall support beam wasn't even the correct one for my build, it was for the 8'x10'. I'm currently in the process of tearing it back down to get my money back. this was not worth the money or the fight. and before the "support" team reaches out telling me that it needs to be level and square; it is level and squared. confirmed by 2 other people prior to walls being put up. that also wouldn't explain the incorrect beams and panels being put into the box from the factory

Rusting after almost 2 years

I enjoyed putting this together, you definitely need 2 people to install. Make sure the area you are working with is level, it will make a huge difference in how things line up as you screw pieces together. Try to not scratch the outside surface because it will rust once the paint is scratched. Size was perfect and it has survived 2 winters here in windy Tonawanda NY. Now the problems, only issue I have is the screws have started to rust and fall out.

Close to excellent, but it seems as though some screw holes didn’t line up exactly. Not sure how much the imperfections on the concrete slab affected it. The 3D app was helpful and made it silly to follow, step by step, about 102 steps. Some of the stamped numbers were difficult to see or find on the individual panels. It was helpful that the pieces unpacked in order needed!It says that it takes 8 hours for two people to build it. I’m sure it took us longer, but not too difficult.

Nice Shed but poor instructions.

I bought this product last weekend. It took a whole weekend to build. It took 20 hours(no joke) and 4 men to build this shed. It is nice but the instructions are difficult to follow. Too many small parts.

flimsy at best

The majority of the holes to attach pieces together did not line up, requiring us to re-drill many of the holes. When we did line up holes the sides and roof pieces did not lie flat. This is poorly engineered, extremely light weight and flimsy. The washers are not big enough to prevent leakage. We had to caulk around the entire bottom of the shed, at each of the upper 4 corners because of gaps, and the screws on the roof due to leakage. We do not recommend this shed.

Awful shed. Save and buy something better.

It tool roughly a day to get it 90% up. Followed the directions to. T. I mean we did everything in the order we were told. Yet the shed does not align right. The roof panels are garbage and all the holes aligned for the most part except the last panel is not the right size and no matter what is done cant go on the bolts are WAY TO SMALL it makes it near impossible to put them on in some instances. Going to disassemble and return it and just buy a higher quality shed. Extremely disappointing.

I purchased the 10x8 model back in April or May of 2017. All the little bolts and nuts (the hundreds) that hold it together are already completely rusted.My issue is those nuts and bolts already rusting out. There is no way this is gonna last the full 12 yr warranty. The first big wind we have its just gonna collapse Also the roof is rusting too.

Missing Important Parts

I've had this shed for a year. A Home Depot recommended Handyman built the wooden base and assemble the shed. Great Job! Fast forward to just last week I discovered 2 nuts on the floor of the shed. They had come off the bolts! Over time the nuts and bolts (not the sheet metal screws) will come loose and, in some cases, will actually come off the bolt. THERE ARE NO LOCK WASHERS FOR SECURING THE NUTS! Before assembling your shed be sure to buy lock washers. You're gonna need them.

Assembly was very time consuming - due to poor material quality (very flimsy), manufactured holes did not align, had to drill many new holes, (now we have to silicone the pre-drilled holes), instructions were poorly written and screws were ridiculously short. Took 4 people 3 8-hr days to assemble. Lots of spaces at the seams on the sides, on roof & floor base. Now more silicone needed to fill gaps.The floor we used is very leveled and the base was squared. Would not recommend purchase. Not a good value for the money invested.

Need plenty of help and patience

Plan on hiring help, everything was done according to instructions, but several pieces just wouldn't line up. Sone holes weren't drilled. It took 2 men 2-8 hr. Days to complete. Both of us were over 6' tall and it was still extra hard to reach any of the screws and bolts that go in the roof from above, even with a ladder. I might even give it 5 stars if it weren't so hard to put together.

Well..

Constructing this shed was the worst 3 days of my life. 100%. In the end, it was the principle of the matter and I finished it and kept it. Will I do it again? Absolutely not. I built a wood base for the floor and sealed all of the cracks with spray foam. So far, it's holding up with no leaks. This is not meant for valuable items but storing yard tools, inexpensive bikes etc... this is your shed (should you choose to accept the challenge). Definitely get what you pay for.

I own 3 of these sheds 2 are 10 years old still standing I bought this one in July it is not crushed from the first snow fall no holes lined up the sheds are manufactured somewhere else now they are junk manufacture won’t do anything for me

FOUR sheds all in a row

I bought four, only have three up so far, but I think they are great. I'm using them for my birds. They seem flimsy at first but firm right up once the million screws are installed. The designers took time to think out and solve any design problems so if you run into an issue then you probably messed something up. very happy with them and hope they last many years.

Instructions are good. only issue is poor door slider design. I 3d printed alternate sliders that don't touch the screws that block the channel.

Assembly isn’t rocket science, just extremely tedious. It took myself and 2 others, 7 hours to assemble. I also covered the screws on the roof with silicone to prevent leaking. The shed does exactly what I was expecting a shed to do, free up space in the garage. If you build the shed on a foundation, which you should, make the foundation 2-3” larger than the actual size on the shed. Also, it’s very dark inside even with the doors open, buy the 3 pack Defiant 600 Lumens Compact Utility Lights for $15, they’re magnetic and will stick to the ceiling and walls.

Aluminum Can

It’s about as sturdy as an aluminum can. The first day we had this shed put together we had a 10-20mph wind day. Well I woke with the shed crumbled like you finished a soda can and crunched it in your hand.

Good Shed for the Price

This is the 2nd shed I've purchased. 1st one still doing pretty good. Hurricane Florence did a little roof damage and popped some screws loose, but overall pretty impressed. i built that one directly on the ground. Leveled ok, but not perfect and was very difficult lining up the holes. For this shed I built a wooden deck this time, then built the shed on top of it using the deck as the floor. Went together much easier. But doing this with 1 person is fairly challenging. Had to deal with fairly strong winds, so got creative setting up ladders and clamping the corner panels to them while putting in the screws. the inside wall braces are the toughest to do alone. Having to put screws in from outside while holding the brace mid way up the wall from the inside. About 80% of the holes line up nicely. 18% are close and just need to stop, really look for the hole by shifting the panels around till you find the hole, then really working the panel and screws till you finally make it work. 2% just don't line up and required me drilling new pilot holes. For $250 in materials to build my deck and $350 for the shed, cost $600 and 2 days of labor. But was able to build this over my Well Pump and now allow me to add my water softener/iron filter inside. So will do the job!

Not snow or winterproof

Caved in at our first snow fall. It also seemed flimsey but we held out hope anyway. Sure enough once the weather hit after a day or 2 we heard a loud crash and the snow had caused it to accordion in on itself. All the time and labor to put it together for nothing. Ugh... Oh well. Back to the drawing board.

Flimsy

I was not expecting for the panels to be so flimsy. The directions are terrible. Panels gets falling over and screws were ripping out I had to purchase new hardware also because the original hardware was cheesy too. I was quite disappointed.

Shed

It’s definitely a big job to put together, spacious and helpful with needed storage space. Having construction done in house so it was helpful in having extra space to move things in.
