We’ve been having massive problems using our @GetSpectrum DVR. We had two technicians come to our house last night that tried for three hours to fix the issue. Eventually they were told it was a “known issue” since early December that they’re “working on.”

@GetSpectrum Spectrum is literally the WORST internet provider I’ve ever had in my life I would’ve switched from you guys ages ago but for some reason my HOA only gives me the option to get internet from Spectrum and an even sh*ttier network provider that I’ve never even heard of before.
