@GetSpectrum At a time when everyone is working from home Spectrum is a no show no call for a scheduled internet issue. Not to mention local office unable to replace equipment due to limited equipment. Poor service!

It's too bad my @amazon #firetv doesn't work on @spectrum internet. Well it did yesterday and today it doesn't.. they can't figure out why.. Know it's a problem in other places... But they're sorry about it. 🙄#frustratedMaybe someone at @Ask_Spectrum has the answer.

@GetSpectrum Spectrum is literally the WORST internet provider I’ve ever had in my life I would’ve switched from you guys ages ago but for some reason my HOA only gives me the option to get internet from Spectrum and an even sh*ttier network provider that I’ve never even heard of before.
