2/2 big corporations are sticking it to the little guy. Thanks @GetSpectrum for ripping off my family and not covering your end of the deal. I was told on chat "we are working on getting you the amount back" then told on the phone we never give refunds.

@GetSpectrum Spectrum is literally the WORST internet provider I’ve ever had in my life I would’ve switched from you guys ages ago but for some reason my HOA only gives me the option to get internet from Spectrum and an even sh*ttier network provider that I’ve never even heard of before.

@Ask_Spectrum Internet is going downhill. It’s been about 3 days of this. Every morning/day the connection is unreliable and unstable not even being in the same room as the modem or router can fix it. Rebooting only saves the problems for the rest of the day. What went wrong?
