@GetSpectrum convinced me to switch from AT&T but failed to mention I’d never have cell service. Today my phone is completely booted off service & They dont allow reg chat support to get help on mobile & I can’t call without cell service. Thanks for screwing me #spectrumoutage

@Ask_Spectrum Called to upgrade a few weeks ago. Was told there would be a $50 fee to upgrade. No install required. Cancelled service. Now I find out I had to pay for a full months service because I was 6 days into the billing cycle and you don’t prorate. Was a customer for years

@Ask_Spectrum @M_Ringer A Spectrum Technician was at the house this morning and replaced the modem. My wife reports that things seem to be working properly thus far. Looks like the problem is solved. #fingerscrossed 🤞🏼

More lousy service from @GetSpectrum & @Ask_Spectrum The Knight installer comes out looking like a hood rat and hooks up equipment with only 30 mbps download speed and then tells me I have to call Spectrum, I ask him to do it and hightails it to his next install. #fail #awful

@Ask_Spectrum Too late. Already signed up with Wow, who is half the price with faster speeds. Probably should talk to your customer care team about manners and adjust your rates to be more appropriate. Also existing customers ARE just as important as new customers. Just FYI.

So @GetSpectrum charges me twice for the same movie on two separate dates on my recent bill. Confused, I called and asked why I would rent the same movie twice and they said would refund the money of the movie rental. Which they did not. Once again, stellar customer service 👌🏼

I have had enough of @Ask_Spectrum & their awful pricing for internet. I could have the exact same speed for $30/mth less if I could get @WOWCare but Spectrum has a monopoly on my area so I can't. What utter crap this is when you have no choice in a service provider.

I cannot believe how rude and condescending the support team at @GetSpectrum is.The @Ask_Spectrum CS supervisors act like they have a law degree because they can read a clause from a TOS agreement.I would like to have this installation fee for transferring my service removed.

@GetSpectrum Spectrum is literally the WORST internet provider I’ve ever had in my life I would’ve switched from you guys ages ago but for some reason my HOA only gives me the option to get internet from Spectrum and an even sh*ttier network provider that I’ve never even heard of before.
